Make Up For Ever Smoky Extravagant Mascara Review

Make Up For Ever recently launched their Smoky Extravagant mascara, a new formula promising inky black, separated lashes. This is the first MUFE mascara I'm trying, so I was excited to try their formula. This mascara features a conical brush to help reach every lash, including the tiny inner lashes. It promises to give your lashes volume, length, and curl with the swipe of a brush.I had mixed feelings on this mascara. I like how my lashes looked in this photo, but I frequently had issues with the brush. The small, pointed tip collects too much product and can cause my inner lashes to get a little clumpy. Also, no matter how hard I tried, I seemed to always get mascara on my eyelid when I used this mascara. I also found that sometimes my lashes would get a bit spidery. I couldn't use it on my lower lashes too much because the brush was bit too big, but I probably could use the cone tip of the brush if I wiped off the extra product beforehand.  I think that's a little too much work for a mascara that costs $24, so I wouldn't repurchase this mascara, but if you like the effect, go for it!
